Ingredients

  • 200 g Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
  • 200 g Dark Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Golden Syrup
  • 160 g Kinder Bueno Bars (4 double bars, chopped (white and milk choc))
  • 100 g Kinder Bars (5 bars, chopped)
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 100 g White Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • โ…› tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 80 g Kinder Bueno Bars (approx 2 double bars, chopped)
  • 21 g Kinder Bar (1 bar, chopped)

Method

  1. Line a 20x20cm baking tin with clingfilm or baking paper, making sure it overhangs the sides.
  2. Place the butter, golden syrup, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate into a large bowl. Microwave in 30-40 second bursts, stirring in between, until melted. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the crushed digestive biscuits, chopped Kinder Bueno bars, and chopped Kinder bars.
  4. Pour the tiffin into the baking tin and level with a spatula. Place in the fridge while you make the topping.
  5. To make the topping, put the milk chocolate and white chocolate in separate bowls. Add a few drops of vegetable oil to each bowl and then microwave in 30-second bursts (stirring in between) until melted.
  6. Place spoonfuls of the melted milk chocolate and white chocolate onto the top of the tiffin base and drag a toothpick or skewer through the melted chocolate to create a marbled pattern.
  7. Top with the chopped Kinder Bueno bars and chopped Kinder bars and place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
  8. Remove from the fridge 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
