Ingredients

  • 10 Hot Dogs
  • 320 g Ready Rolled Puff Pastry Sheet
  • ΒΌ tsp Olive Oil Spray
  • 20 Edible Eyes
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 10 Hot Dog Rolls

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180c (350F).
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 1.5cm strips. Wrap the strips in a criss cross pattern around each hot dog, leaving a space at one end for the eyes.
  3. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the mummy dogs in the air fryer basket and air fry for 6-8 minutes until the pastry is golden and crispy (you may need to do this in two batches depending on the size of your air fryer).
  4. Stick the edible candy eyes on with a dab of tomato ketchup and serve in the brioche rolls.
