Ingredients
- 370 g Nutella
- 2 Eggs (large)
- 60 g Plain Flour
- 10 g Cocoa Powder
- Β½ tsp Salt
- 100 g Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 180Β°C (350F) and grease and line a suitably sized baking pan (I use a 20cm (8") square shallow tin) with nonstick parchment paper.
- Mix together the Nutella and eggs in a large mixing bowl until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and then mix in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the brownie batter into your tin (I find it's best to put the baking tin in the air fryer basket before switching it on to preheat) and air fry for 15-18 minutes.Pro TipΒ - If you are using a different size pan, the cooking times may vary. You want the middle to be just set but still have the slightest wobble, with a glossy crisp top. Start checking for doneness after 14 minutes, but they might take up to 20 minutes.
- Place the brownie tin on a wire rack to cool, then pop it in the fridge for 3-4 hours to firm up (or the freezer for 2 hours), before cutting the brownies into squares.
