Ingredients

  • 450 g Mars Bars (chopped)
  • 180 g Butter
  • 160 g Rice Krispies
  • 50 g Mini Eggs (chopped)
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 100 g Dark Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 150 g Mini Eggs (chopped)

Method

  1. Line a 20cm (8") baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Place the chopped mars bars and butter in a pan and melt on a low heat.
  3. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the Rice Krispies and mini eggs.
  4. Press the mixture into the tin. Press down with the back of a heavy metal spoon.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the Mars Bar slice, then sprinkle over chopped mini eggs. Allow to set for at least 3 hours in the fridge before cutting into squares.
