Ingredients

  • 3 Green Apples
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff Spread
  • 48 Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 Strawberries (sliced)
  • 24 Edible Candy Eyes

Method

  1. Wash and dry the apples. Then, use a sharp knife to quarter the green apples and slice off the core and seeds from each quarter.
  2. Cut a v-shape into the centre of each apple quarter to create the monster's mouth. Repeat this process for all three apples.
  3. Spread a layer of Biscoff spread into the mouths.
  4. Press 4 pumpkin seeds into the top of the mouth to form the monsters teeth.
  5. Place a triangular piece of sliced strawberry into each mouth to form the tongue.
  6. Secure the edible eyes (or raisins) with a little Biscoff spread.
  7. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge.
