Ingredients

  • 600 g White Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 1 tsp Green Food Colouring
  • 50 g Halloween Sugar Sprinkles

Method

  1. In a bowl, melt the white chocolate pieces in a microwave in 20 second bursts. Stir every 20 seconds.
  2. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into another bowl and add the food colouring. Stir to combine.
  3. Spead the white chocolate onto a large baking sheet lined with non stick paper then dollop spoonfuls of the green coloured white chocolate on top.
  4. Use a skewer to gently swirl the two chocolates together (but be careful not to mix too much).
  5. Sprinkle over your Halloween candy and chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Break into pieces before serving.
