Ingredients
- 4 Pork chops
- 2 Garlic cloves (chopped)
- 80 g Honey
- 150 g Tomato Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Thickening Granules or Cornflour
Method
- Place the bone-in pork chops in the slow cooker, spreading them out as much as possible.
- Mix the garlic, honey, ketchup and soy sauce in a jug. Pour over the pork and spoon the sauce over the chops.
- Cover and cook for approximately 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high, until cooked through and tender. Check earlier for smaller or thinner chops, or if your slow cooker runs hot.
- Carefully lift the cooked chops onto a warm plate. Stir thickening granules into the sauce according to the packet instructions, adding them gradually until you have the consistency you like, or use a cornflour slurry.
- Return the pork to the sauce, spoon it over the chops and serve. Add chopped parsley if you like.
