Ingredients

  • 400g (14 oz) of milk chocolate
  • 1 Terrys chocolate orange (or your favourite chocolate orange bar)
  • 100ml (2/5 cup) of Baileys
  • 1 can (14 oz) of condensed milk
  • 1 Terrys chocolate orange to top (optional)

Method

  1. To start, combine condensed milk, milk chocolate, Terrys Chocolate Orange ball and a hint of Bailey’s Irish Cream in your slow cooker. Let the mixture cook on high for one hour.
  2. Once the fudge mixture is luxuriously smooth and velvety, transfer it to a lined tray and allow it to cool for a few hours. As it sets, the fudge will firm up, ready to be sliced into squares.
