Ingredients

  • 150g rolled oats
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Β½ tsp cinnamon
  • 45g biscoff spread
  • 2 crushed biscoff biscuits, crushed (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana, then add the eggs and stir well until combined.Mix in the oats, cinnamon, and baking powder until you have a smooth, even batter.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between three glass, oven-safe containers. Spoon 1 tsp of Biscoff into the centre of each pot, then cover with a little more of the oat mixture.
  3. Bake in the air fryer at 180Β°C for 12–14 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, top with a drizzle of melted Biscoff and, if you like, a crushed Biscoff biscuit.
  5. Chill in the fridge until ready to eat. Reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes or enjoy cold. These will keep for 3–4 days in the fridge.
