Ingredients

  • 6 Weetabix
  • 90ml milk
  • 9 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 60g dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 3 Caramel Freddos

Method

  1. Make your protein yogurt by mixing the Greek yogurt, protein powder and chia seeds together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add 2 Weetabix to the bottom of each glass container. Pour 30ml of milk into each and crush the Weetabix down to create your cheesecake base.
  3. Top each one with the protein yoghurt mixture, followed by 1 tbsp of caramel sauce.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and divide it between the three cheesecakes, spreading it over the top. Finish each one with a Caramel Freddo. Pop them in the fridge for at least 2โ€“3 hours to set. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
