Ingredients

  • 400g Biscoff biscuits
  • 50g mini marshmallows
  • 30 Maltesers
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 2โ€“3 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Crush the Biscoff biscuits using a rolling pin and freezer bag, or pulse them in a food processor until broken into small pieces.
  2. Add the crushed biscuits to a large bowl along with the mini marshmallows, Maltesers, and the tin of condensed milk. Mix everything together until fully combined. It will be quite sticky, but trust the process.
  3. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut onto a chopping board, then tip the mixture out and roll it into a log shape, coating the outside in the coconut as you roll.
  4. Wrap tightly in tin foil and place in the fridge for around 2 hours to set. Once firm, slice into rounds and enjoy with a cuppa.
