Ingredients

  • 200 g (1 bag) cauliflower rice (frozen) ((ยฃ2.55/4)=(ยฃ0.64))
  • ยฝ tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Before opening the bag, use a rolling pin (or bottle of wine) to break any frozen clumps of cauliflower rice apart.
  2. To a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat, add the olive oil and cauliflower rice. Spread across the pan and leave to cook for 4 minutes.
  3. After this time, the cauliflower rice should have taken on a little bit of colour. Stir and season with salt and continue to cook for around 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with a crack of black pepper and enjoy with a protein and/or a sauce of choice.
