Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
  2. Add the greek yogurt, egg, milk and honey to a small oven proof dish. I used a 370ml dish.
  3. Whisk with a small electric whisk or with a fork.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and chia seeds and mix again.
  5. Top with fresh berries and chocolate chips.
  6. Add the dish to a baking tray and bake in the oven for 23-25 minutes until the top has browned.
  7. Allow the pancake pots to cool for a few minutes. The dish will be super hot so this allows it to cool down and also lets the inside of the pancake mixture to firm up.
  8. Serve with greek yogurt.
