Ingredients

  • 4 weetabix
  • 120g plain flour
  • 70g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 165g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 130g milk chocolate
  • sprinkles

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan and line an 8x8 inch tin with parchment paper.
  2. Add the weetabix to a large bowl and crush them with your hands.
  3. Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder to the bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  4. Melt the butter and mix it with the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour this into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well until everything is well combined.

  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Once cooked, leave to cool in the tin for about 10 minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate and pour it on top then add some sprinkles.
  9. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set then cut into 16 bars.
