Ingredients
- ½ stick (55g) unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules (or powder)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12-package) sweet Hawaiian rolls
- ¾ pound cooked and thinly sliced deli ham
- ¾ pound thinly sliced swiss cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C, and grease a 9x9 or 7x11 inch baking pan/sheet (if you don’t have either, then use 9x13).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, minced onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Slice the rolls in half using serrated knife to separate the tops from the bottoms.
- Over the bottom of the rolls, layer half of the ham, all of the cheese, then the remaining ham slices. Cover with the top of the rolls.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops (or pour it over the rolls), cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes or until done/golden brown. Watch the sliders so they don’t burn.
