Ingredients
- 8 ounce package cream cheese (softened)
- 8 ounce cool whip (thawed)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- β -Β½ cup whole milk
- 1 funfetti cake mix box (unprepared)
- ΒΌ cup sprinkles
Method
- Add the mix to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high power for 30 second intervals, stirring well after each. Heat until the cake mix has reached 165Β°F/74Β°C throughout.
- In a large bowl, beat or mix together the cream cheese and the whipped topping until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until well incorporated.
- Add the milk and cake mix, and stir with a spatula until combined. Add more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until serving.
- Serve your funfetti dip topped with additional sprinkles and surrounded by your favorite sweet dippers
