Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings (separated into drumettes and wingettes)
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1¼ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
- Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels to help them crisp up.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the wings with olive oil. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- If using, place a parchment liner in the air fryer basket. Arrange the wings in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 9 minutes. Flip the wings and cook for another 9 minutes. If the wings aren’t crispy enough, air fry for an additional 2 minutes. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
