Ingredients

  • 100 g Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons Tikka paste
  • 50 g Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mint sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoons Mango chutney
  • 1 Little gem lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 portion Cucumber and radish salad

Method

  1. Mix 100 g Paneer with 2 tbsp Tikka paste. Cover and leave to marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp Olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook until the edges become crispy (about 5 minutes), making sure to cook every cube on each side.
  3. Mix 50 g Plain yogurt and 1 tbsp Mint sauce together.
  4. Make the wrap by first spreading 2 tbsp Mango chutney over 2 Whole wheat tortilla wraps. Add 1 Little gem lettuce, 1 portion Cucumber and radish salad and the paneer. Finish with a drizzle of the mint yogurt.
