- 5 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Plain flour (AKA all-purpose flour)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 150 ml Water
- 140 g Plain flour (AKA all-purpose flour)
- 75 g Jumbo oats ((heaped 1/2 cup))
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Mixed spice
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 100 g Salted butter (Cold and cubed)
Method
- Peel and core the apples, and cut them into about 1cm cubes.
