Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Boiling water
- 3 tsp Instant coffee
- 2 tsp Soft light brown sugar
- 250 ml Milk (Your choice)
- 100 ml Water
- Handful of ice cubes (Plus extra, for serving if you wish)
Method
- Start by mixing the instant coffee and brown sugar with the boiling water and mix to a smooth paste.
- Add this mixture along with the milk and cold water and blend for 30 seconds until frothy and well combined. (This makes it more frappe-like.)
- Make the coffee and sugar paste in a large glass with the boiling water, then stir in the cold water. Top with a handful of ice then pour over the milk.
- Replace the instant coffee and the boiling water with 2 shots of espresso. Mix the hot espresso with the brown sugar until the sugar is melted. Then follow either of the above options to finish your Iced Coffee.
