Ingredients

  • 150 g Unsalted butter
  • 250 g Dark chocolate (Chopped)
  • 1 Terry's Chocolate Orange (Approx 157g)
  • 4 tbsp Golden syrup
  • 200 g Mini marshmallows
  • 150 g Digestive biscuits (Crushed into chunks)
  • 1/2 Terry's Chocolate Orange (Approx. 78g)
  • 200 g White chocolate (Chopped)
  • 1/2 g Terry's Chocolate Orange (Approx. 78g)
  • Sprinkles

Method

  1. Put the butter, dark chocolate, chocolate orange and golden syrup in a large bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds.
  2. Stir until it's thick and well combined. Microwave for a further 30 seconds. Stir again.
  3. Set aside for 5 minutes until it's cooled slightly.
  4. Add the marshmallows and the digestive biscuits, stir until everything is well coated. Then add in the Chocolate Orange chunks and stir well.
  5. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with baking paper and press the mixture firmly in.
  6. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate by microwaving for 30 seconds, stirring for 30 seconds, microwaving again. Repeat until it's smooth and there are no lumps.
  7. Drizzle the white chocolate all over the Rocky Road, add the remaining chunks of Chocolate Orange and some sprinkles.
  8. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  9. Turn out of the tin and cut into small chunks using a very sharp knife.
